What we hold, and who sees it.

When you buy a seat we collect, directly from you:

• Your name, email address and phone number.
• Your billing address, which our payment provider needs to place the transaction and work out any tax.
• The batch you chose and the amount you paid.

We also record the advertising click that brought you here — a Google click identifier and any campaign tags in the link — so we can tell which advertising works. That is the only reason it is kept.

Payment is taken on our provider’s own hosted page. Your card number, expiry and security code are entered there and are never sent to, processed by, or stored on a Digi-Setu server. We see only the outcome, the last four digits and the card brand.

If you pay the full price in one go, your card is not kept on file at all. If you choose the two-month plan, our payment provider keeps it only to take the second of the two payments, and the plan then ends by itself. Neither option is an open-ended subscription, and nothing is charged after the plan you picked is paid off.

• Our payment providers — to take the payment, issue your receipt and handle any refund or dispute.
• Our email provider — to send your receipt, joining details and student login.
• VPro Skills, who teach the course — see the limit below.
• Google and Meta — measurement of our own advertising, so we can tell which ads produced a sale.

We do not sell your personal information, and we do not share it with anyone else for their own marketing.

VPro Skills needs to know who to enrol, and nothing more. We send them your name, your email address, the batch you joined and an internal reference number.

We do not send them what you paid, the currency, which payment method you used, any payment identifier, your payment status, your billing address or your advertising data. That boundary is built into the system, not just promised here.

The site uses cookies that are needed for it to work, and — where enabled — cookies from Google and Meta that let us measure our own advertising. You can block or delete cookies in your browser; the checkout will still work.

Order and payment records are kept for seven years, because tax and accounting rules in the United States require it. Advertising measurement data is kept for up to two years. Anything else is deleted when we no longer need it.

Write to us at vpro-support@digi-setu.com and we will, for anything we hold about you:

• Tell you what it is and give you a copy.
• Correct it if it is wrong.
• Delete it, except records we are legally required to keep.
• Stop sending you marketing — every marketing email also has an unsubscribe link.

We will not treat you differently for asking. If you are in California, the European Economic Area or the United Kingdom you may have additional statutory rights, and the same address reaches us.

These courses are sold to adults. We do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under 16. If you believe a child has given us information, write to us and we will delete it.
