Terms of service
What you are buying, and from whom.
These terms apply when you buy a seat through digi-setu.com. Paying means you accept them.
Last updated 21 September 2026
Who you are contracting with
Your contract is with Digi-Setu LLC, a Florida limited liability company at 8231 Princeton Square Blvd W, Jacksonville, FL 32256. We are the merchant of record: we take your payment, we issue your receipt, and we are who you come to about money.
The teaching is delivered by VPro Skills, an independent training provider. We are responsible to you for the service being provided as described.
What a seat includes
- A place in a live, instructor-led cohort, taught online at published times.
- Recordings of the sessions, so a class you miss is not a class you lose.
- A student login for the course portal, sent before your first class.
A seat is for one named person. It is not transferable to someone else and may not be shared.
Price and payment
A seat is $300 USD. You can pay it in one go, or take the two-month plan: two payments of $150, the first when you enrol and the second one month later, taken automatically from the same card. The total is the same either way and the plan carries no interest or fee.
The two-month plan ends automatically once the second payment clears. It is not an open-ended subscription, there is nothing for you to cancel, and no third payment is ever taken. Paying in full keeps no card on file at all.
If a plan payment fails we will try again and contact you. If it stays unpaid, access to the cohort may be suspended until it is settled.
Any sales tax that applies to your location is shown before you pay and added to the total. The price on the checkout page at the moment you pay is the price that governs.
Refunds
You may cancel and receive a full refund, for any reason or none, up to the end of your third class. After that the seat is yours for the cohort and is non-refundable. The refund policy sets out how to ask and how long it takes, and forms part of these terms.
Schedule changes
Class times and start dates are published in good faith and can move — a trainer falls ill, a cohort fills slowly. If a batch is rescheduled we will tell you, and you may move to another batch or take a full refund even if your 3-class window has passed. If we cancel a batch outright, you get a full refund.
What we ask of you
- Give accurate contact details — your joining link and login go to the email and phone you enter at checkout.
- Do not record, republish or resell the course material or the recordings.
- Behave civilly towards the trainer and other students.
We may remove someone from a cohort for serious or repeated mistreatment of the trainer or other students. Where we do, we will refund the unused part of the course unless the conduct was unlawful.
Course material
Course material, slides and recordings remain the property of VPro Skills or Digi-Setu. Your seat buys you a personal licence to use them for your own learning, for as long as the portal makes them available.
What we do not promise
We promise the course described, taught live by a working practitioner. We do not promise a job, an interview, a certification result, a salary or any particular outcome, and nothing on this site should be read as promising one.
Limitation of liability
To the extent the law allows, our total liability to you arising out of your purchase is limited to the amount you paid for your seat. We are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, including lost earnings or lost opportunity. Nothing here limits liability that cannot lawfully be limited.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, United States, and the courts of Duval County, Florida have jurisdiction. If you are a consumer, this does not take away rights you have under the law of the place you live.
Changes and contact
We may update these terms. The version in force for your purchase is the one published when you paid. Questions: vpro-support@digi-setu.com or +1 904 621 7924.
